Responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of the church buildings and grounds. Duties include:

• Setting and achieving a yearly maintenance schedule of the property; accomplishing such schedule using church volunteers and/or outside contractors.

• Respond to any repair needs in a timely manner using either church volunteers and/or outside contractors.

• Oversee and approve any changes or additions to the property.

• Provide support to the Church Administrator in the hiring and management of outside contractors as it relates

       to the property.
