• Promotion of Calvary Lutheran Church to the community of Oshkosh through various advertising formats, social media, and community events.

• Develop campaigns to attract new members in conjunction with the Welcome Committee.

• Develop programs within the church to encourage members in professing their faith and in inviting people to church.

• Assist the financial side of the Stewardship Committee in developing and executing any capital raising campaigns.
